My Agenda , My First Assignment , It Just Likes a motivation for a beginner
Great to be in the holder of a responsibility again, but unfortunately, I didn't have my hand my old technique such in my previous place. I knew I needed to make a success , but I just didn't have one in me. I will be had a terrible warm-up session on my first day
As far as i have been working , it was just like riding a new bike again. Once the it came, I wish everything felt normal, and I fell into my old way and routine. Sometimes I didn't even think about it; hope that it just happened. Hope that My mind knew what to do.
I start to tried and wanted to interact with as many people as I could in a smoking college to get some benefits information related to the new department including the people and crew, financial , trouble shouting , it such a butcher place for me which was nice.
It was also great to see all the guys in the mosque last night . They had been asked a lot of questions in my future position and handled the distractions very well. I appreciate their support,
I received some criticism for bad technique on me in handling the job , which I apologized for immediately after a night round. It's tough when I’m in a competitive environment and in the flow of a such a game . I'm not perfect. All I can say is I'm trying to do everything I can without losing my fire and competitive spirit.
Although it was my first Assignment to be a other person such a great position for me , it was a not a pretty easy to change. I could wish that I didn't have much trouble adjusting to the maintenance strategy because I have little bit of the experience
